About Colleen

My life has been shaped by a deep connection to nature, especially the ocean, and by a lifelong interest in psychology, healing, and personal transformation. Much of my path has unfolded through work in the healing arts, education, writing, and retreat facilitation.

Over time, I’ve come to understand my work as something that continues to evolve—guided by experience, curiosity, and a desire to help people reconnect with themselves and their own sense of clarity and direction.

While the forms have changed over the years, the underlying intention has remained the same: to support greater awareness, healing, growth, and alignment with what matters most.

Today, that journey includes not only my work in healing, education, writing, and retreat facilitation, but also the emerging field of financial wellness. Though these paths may appear different on the surface, I see them as deeply connected. Each invites people to become more conscious, empowered, and intentional in the way they create their lives.

I have come to think of myself as a bridge between Spirit and the material—between inner transformation and practical action, between vision and reality, between what inspires us and what sustains us.
